Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote solar products and services
- Explain benefits of solar energy (cost savings, sustainability, government subsidies)
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Schedule site visits or meetings for field sales executives
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain relationships
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems
- Handle inbound inquiries related to solar installations
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
