Job Description
Job SummaryThe Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, converting leads into customers, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from the assigned database.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with leads regularly until closure.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Update customer interactions and sales status in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for order processing.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism.

- Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Inside Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Preferred ExperienceExperience in B2B or B2C telesales.
- Experience in CRM software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and objection handling.
