Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, corporate communications, and digital platforms. The candidate should possess strong storytelling skills, attention to detail, and expertise in modern video editing software.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
• Trim, arrange, and enhance raw footage to create compelling visual stories.
• Add graphics, animations, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and background music.
• Perform color correction, color grading, and audio enhancement to improve video quality.
• Collaborate with videographers, content creators, and marketing teams to understand project requirements.
• Create short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos optimized for digital platforms.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with industry trends, editing techniques, and social media content formats.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Video Editing, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Film Production, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or other professional editing software.
• Strong understanding of video formats, motion graphics, audio editing, and visual storytelling.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in editing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media content.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Basic understanding of videography and camera operations.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an added advantage.
