Job Description
1. Provide administrative support to accounts, operations teams & Sales team.
2. Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
3. Process vendor and client payments, monitor outstanding balances, and ensure timely collections.
4. Assist in preparing tax returns, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining audit documentation.
5. Manage inventory levels, coordinate procurement, and maintain accurate stock records.
6. Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and the operations team for business-related queries.
7. Staff Training and Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment of new candidates as needed, ensuring that the team is well-equipped to meet business demands.
8. Conduct monthly training sessions to develop staff skills and improve team efficiency, contributing to long-term growth and a strong accounting system.
