Job Role: Assembly Line Operator
Company: Dhoot Transmission Pvt. Ltd.
Qualification: ITI (All trades generally accepted; Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical preferred)
Location: Multiple locations (including Manesar, Pune, and Aurangabad) [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Job Purpose
As an Assembly Line Operator, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality automotive components, primarily focused on wiring harnesses and electronic modules. You will ensure that products are built according to technical specifications and quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Key Responsibilities
- Wiring Harness Assembly: Combine electrical and mechanical components using hand and power tools to produce vehicle wiring systems.
- Quality Control: Perform visual inspections of components and finished products to ensure they meet the company's rigorous quality standards.
- Equipment Operation: Set up and operate assembly tools and machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Production Support: Support senior operators with preparation activities, such as organizing tools and moving components to the assembly line.
- Maintenance & Safety: Keep the work area clean and perform basic maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Candidate Requirements
- Education: ITI pass out in any trade (often includes Fitter, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, etc.).
- Age Limit: Generally 18 to 30 years.
- Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply, often through NAPS apprenticeship schemes.

Compensation & Benefits
