Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth strategies and drive revenue. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and managing the end-to-end sales pipeline.
The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Market Expansion: Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and market research.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, corporate clients, and institutional partners.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle—from initial contact and product/service presentations to proposal drafting and contract negotiation.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with marketing and product/management teams to align sales strategies with market trends and company growth goals.
- Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and performance metrics.
- Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience: [1] years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (experience in [specific industry, e.g., EdTech, Tech, Corporate Sales] is highly preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to C-level executives.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
