Job Description: Civil Engineer - Solar Projects / Site Supervisor
Need who can join within 3-4 days
Location: Pune, Aurangabad, Shird, Maharashtra.
Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹24,000 per month + accommodation (stay) + food + travel allowance + refreshment (all extra expenses reimbursed).
Experience:- 1-3 years
Position Overview
We seek a Civil Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to support civil works on solar PV projects in Pune, Maharashtra. Focus on grouting for panel foundations, site grading, drainage systems, and structural integrity for ground-mounted installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site assessments, soil testing, and topographical surveys for solar project preparation.
- Design and oversee grouting, concrete foundations, and mounting structures for solar panels and inverters.
- Monitor construction to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality, and timelines.
- Collaborate with electrical teams and contractors on integrated civil-electrical works.
- 1-2 years of experience in civil construction, preferably solar or infrastructure projects.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pune region.
Preferred Qualifications
12th pass, experience in solar projects or another. Readiness for rooftop/outdoor field work required
