Customer Relationship Manager

Role Overview:As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) in our financial product distribution firm, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our valued clients. You will be the single point of contact for your allocated clients, ensuring seamless service delivery, addressing their financial needs, and enhancing their overall experience with our firm.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: From referencing and cold calling along with field work will be responsible for new lead generation
• Serve as the end-to-end relationship manager for assigned clients, handling all their financial product-related queries and requirements.
• Understand clients' financial goals and provide appropriate solutions by recommending suitable investment and financial products.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and account management for clients.
• Monitor client portfolios and provide regular updates, performance reports, and proactive recommendations based on market trends.
• Address and resolve client issues, ensuring prompt responses and maintaining high service standards.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of financial transactions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain long-term trust-based relationships to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling financial products to maximize client benefits.
• Keep clients informed about new financial products, investment opportunities, and changes in market conditions.
