Job Description
We are looking for a data-driven Meta Ads Specialist to join our team at Groundupmedia. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of Facebook and Instagram campaigns, with a heavy focus on Real Estate lead generation and industrial B2B marketing. Your goal is simple: maximize lead quality while optimizing the Cost Per Lead (CPL).
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy: Design and execute full-funnel Meta Ad strategies (Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion).
- Lead Generation: Build and optimize Instant Forms and landing page conversion campaigns to drive high-quality inquiries.
- Real Estate Compliance: Navigate the Housing Special Ad Category requirements effectively without sacrificing targeting precision.
- A/B Testing: Constantly test ad creatives, headlines, and audience segments to identify winning combinations.
- Technical Setup: Manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and standard event tracking to ensure data accuracy.
- Reporting: Provide weekly performance reports focusing on ROI, CPL, and lead-to-site-visit ratios.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with our design team to provide "creative briefs" for high-performing static images, carousels, and property walkthrough videos.
