About the RoleWe are looking for energetic, highly motivated, and target-driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing fintech team. In this role, you will be the face of [Company Name] on the ground. Your primary mission will be to visit local retail shops, markets, restaurants, and businesses to onboard them onto our payment platform. You will empower small and medium merchants by setting them up with cutting-edge digital payment solutions.

• Core Product PortfolioQR Codes: Instantly setting up UPI digital payment stickers for contactless scanning.
• Soundboxes: Smart audio-assisted tracking devices that alert shopkeepers of successful payments.
• EDC Machines: Traditional & Android card-swipe (POS) terminals for debit/credit card processing.
• Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Ground Sourcing: Conduct 10-15 daily cold visits to local retail stores, Kirana shops, pharmacies, and restaurants within your assigned territory.
• Pitch & Demonstrate: Educate shopkeepers on the benefits of using our digital tools (low transaction charges, real-time audio alerts, easy tracking).
• Device Deployment: Pitch and sell premium devices, successfully converting prospects into active clients for Soundboxes and EDC (card swipe) machines.
• Merchant Onboarding: Collect operational documents (KYC, Bank details, Business Proof) and seamlessly onboard merchants via our mobile app.
• Installation & Training: Paste QR codes and physically set up/test Soundboxes and EDC machines inside the merchant's shop, ensuring they know how to use them safely.
• Relationship Management: Regularly visit onboarded merchants to ensure usage, resolve issues, and upsell newer financial products.
• Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Minimum 12th Pass. No prior corporate experience is required; we will train you!
• Mandatory Assets:
• Must own a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License.
• Must own an Android Smartphone with an active internet connection.
• Skills:
• Strong local language fluency and good everyday communication skills.
• High energy levels and a willingness to be outdoors on the field all day.
• A confident personality with basic calculation skills to explain pricing to merchants.
