Key Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
• Understand hiring requirements from internal stakeholders
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
• Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate technical interviews
• Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate with hiring managers for timely closures
• Handle offer roll-out and follow-ups with selected candidates

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers with strong communication can apply)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
