Lift Installer

We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Lift Installer to install, assemble, and commission elevators/lifts at project sites. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, be comfortable working at heights, and ensure installations are completed according to company quality and safety standards.

## Roles & Responsibilities

* Install elevators, guide rails, car frames, doors, machines, and related lift components.

* Read and interpret installation drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

* Carry out electrical wiring, cabling, and control panel connections.

* Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and smooth functioning of lift equipment.

* Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of elevators before handover.

* Identify and troubleshoot installation-related issues.

* Follow all safety procedures while working at heights and at customer sites.

* Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and customers for smooth project execution.

* Maintain installation records, checklists, and daily work reports.

* Ensure timely completion of assigned projects with minimum rework.

* Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and efficiently.

* Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of company tools and materials.

## Required Skills

* Knowledge of lift/elevator installation and mechanical assembly.

* Basic electrical wiring and troubleshooting skills.

* Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical schematics.

* Good understanding of safety standards and PPE usage.

* Physically fit and willing to work at heights.

* Team player with good communication skills.

* Willingness to travel to project sites across Mumbai/Navi Mumbai if required.

## Preferred Candidate Profile

* ITI (Electrician/Fitter/Mechanical) or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

* 1–5 years of experience in lift/elevator installation or related field.

* Freshers with strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.

* Experience with passenger lifts, freight lifts, or MRL elevators will be an added advantage.

* Candidates having a two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred (if site travel is involved).
