Job Description
1. Office Boy (Office Assistant) – Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
- Maintain cleanliness of office (desks, pantry, meeting rooms)
- Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Run office errands (bank, courier, etc.)
- Assist in moving files, packages, or office items
- Support staff with basic day-to-day tasks
Requirements:
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Polite and well-mannered behavior
- Physically fit and active
- Prior experience (preferred but not mandatory)
2. Security Guard – Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Monitor entry and exit of employees and visitors
- Check ID cards and maintain visitor logs
- Ensure safety and security of premises
- Patrol assigned areas regularly
- Handle emergency situations (fire, theft, etc.)
- Report suspicious activities to management
Requirements:
- Basic education (10th pass or above preferred)
- Physically fit and alert
- Good observation skills
- Prior security experience or training (preferred)
