Job Description

· Line clearances for all the manufacturing and packing operations.

· In process checks for all the manufacturing and packing operations.

· Sampling and analysis of in-process samples.

· Sampling for process validation, cleaning validation and hold time study batches.

· Sampling of intermediate and finished products.

· Collection of control sample, stability sample and additional sample.

· Review of executed batch manufacturing record and release of BMR for packing.

· Review of executed batch packing record and release of BPR from packing department.

· Verification of results of IPOOS and AQL and participate in investigation.

· Inspection of Bulk sample.

· Review of results and release of Bulk sample.

· To ensure cleanliness of the manufacturing area.

· Monitoring Environmental conditions in the manufacturing area.

· Document review.
