Product Sales Manager-POS-BRANCH BANKING-POS (Point of Sale)
As a Product Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales and growth of our POS products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and develop sales strategies, targeting both existing and new clients. You will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for POS products, including identifying new market opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure POS products meet market demands and client expectations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of our POS solutions.
- Ensure compliance with sales processes and procedures, maintaining high ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts, analyzing performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in POS technology, and incorporate these into sales strategies.
- Mentor and train sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- Knowledge of POS technology and its applications in the banking industry is preferred.
- Strong business acumen and a results-driven approach to sales and client engagement.
