Job Summary :
We are looking for a skilled Chip Level Repair Technician responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic devices at the component and chip level. The candidate should have hands-on experience in PCB troubleshooting, soldering, desoldering, and electronic circuit analysis.
Key Responsibilities :
Diagnose and repair electronic circuit boards and PCBs at the chip/component level.
Identify faults in ICs, resistors, capacitors, transistors, and other electronic components.
Perform soldering, desoldering, and replacement of SMD and BGA components.
Use testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
Analyze circuit diagrams and technical manuals for troubleshooting.
Conduct quality checks and functional testing after repairs.
Maintain repair records and service reports.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with the technical team to resolve complex repair issues.
Required Skills :
Knowledge of electronic components and circuit diagrams.
Hands-on experience in chip-level troubleshooting and repair.
Proficiency in soldering and rework techniques.
Familiarity with PCB repair and testing tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and quality standards.
Educational Qualification
Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in repairing laptops, desktops, mobile phones, motherboards, or other electronic devices.
Knowledge of BGA rework and micro-soldering techniques.
