Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a go-getter attitude, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to clients based on their needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure post-sales customer satisfaction and resolve any client concerns.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
