About the Company

Bijnis is building India’s 60-minute factory-to-retail network, empowering manufacturers, traders, wholesalers, and retailers across the supply chain ecosystem. The platform enables seamless sourcing, faster fulfillment, and efficient retail operations for fashion and footwear categories across India.


Location: Aurangabad, Maharashtra (Field Experience is required)

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Partner / Key Account Manager to work closely with local footwear and apparel retailers and drive business growth in the assigned market.


Key Responsibilities

• Engage with footwear and apparel retailers in the local market

• Onboard retailers onto the bijnis platform and facilitate order placement

• Promote 60-minute delivery and 30-day return value proposition

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners

• Drive adoption of digital ordering through the bijnis app

• Utilize local network and market contacts to expand business reach


Compensation & Benefits

• ₹15,000-₹20,000 (Fixed) monthly payout + High Incentives

• High earning potential up to ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month (performance-based).

Candidate Profile

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good understanding of local retail/market ecosystem

Self-motivated and comfortable with field sales

Ability to build and manage relationships with shop owners

Passion for sales and earning through performance
