Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales operations for our Electric 2-Wheeler business. The ideal candidate should have experience in automobile or EV sales, dealer network development, and team management. The role involves driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and building strong customer and dealer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and manage the dealer/distributor network.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase market share.
- Build relationships with fleet operators, corporate clients, and institutional customers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure timely vehicle deliveries and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management.
- Manage collections and dealer accounts.
- RequirementsGraduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Good experience in Automobile, EV, Two-Wheeler, or Channel Sales.
- Strong dealer network and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel across Maharashtra and nearby regions.
- Valid driving license preferred.
