Position: Foundation Faculty – Physics / Chemistry / English (Grades 7–10)

• Key ResponsibilitiesTeach Physics, Chemistry, or English to students of Grades 7–10.
• Deliver concept-based and interactive classroom sessions aligned with the CBSE and State Board curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, classroom presentations, assignments, worksheets, and assessments.
• Conduct regular tests, evaluate answer sheets, and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Monitor students' academic progress and identify areas requiring improvement.
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide additional academic support when required.
• Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills among students.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment.
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings (PTMs), academic reviews, and faculty meetings.
• Work closely with the Academic Head and other faculty members to improve academic outcomes.
• Contribute to curriculum development, question paper preparation, and academic planning.
• Support seminars, workshops, admission counselling sessions, and other academic initiatives whenever required.
• EligibilityBachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject.
• B.Ed. is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience for Grades 7–10.
• Freshers with exceptional subject knowledge and teaching skills may also apply.
• Required SkillsStrong conceptual understanding of the respective subject.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts using practical examples.
• Good presentation and public speaking skills.
• Proficiency in using digital teaching tools such as Smart Boards, PowerPoint, and Google Classroom.
• Passion for mentoring and motivating students.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience teaching Foundation, Olympiad, NTSE, or competitive exam-oriented curriculum.
• Experience in reputed schools or coaching institutes.
• Ability to integrate technology into classroom teaching.
