Job Description
**Position: Senior HR Executive
**Department: Human Resources
**Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Chikalthana MIDC.
**Experience Required: 2-3 Years
**Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, payroll processing, statutory compliances, recruitment activities, employee relations, and administrative functions. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent knowledge of HRMS software, and advanced Excel proficiency.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
* Handle day-to-day HR and administrative operations smoothly.
* Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and documentation.
* Coordinate Onboarding and exit formalities of employees.
* Manage employee files and ensure proper HR documentation.
Payroll Management
* Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
* Handle salary structure, deductions, reimbursements, and full & final settlements.
* Coordinate with finance/accounts for payroll-related activities.
* Process payroll.
Statutory Compliance
* Manage compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, and other labor laws.
* Coordinate statutory filings and ensure timely submissions.
* Maintain compliance records and support audits/inspections.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
* Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
* Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and references.
* Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
* Manage job postings and employer branding activities.
Performance Management
* Support employee performance appraisal and review processes.
* Track employee performance data and maintain reports.
* Coordinate with management regarding performance improvement initiatives.
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
* Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
* Ensure discipline, employee engagement, and workplace ethics.
* Resolve employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
HRMS & Reporting
* Operate and manage HRMS software efficiently.
* Generate HR reports, attendance reports, payroll reports, and MIS.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing and HR Operations.
* Good understanding of Statutory Compliance.
* Experience in Recruitment and Employee Engagement.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong command of MS Excel.
* Hands-on experience with HRMS software.
Qualification:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.
