Job Description

Opportunity Sourcing: Monitor tender portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP) to identify relevant bids that align with the company's offerings.

Document Analysis: Carefully review Request for Proposals (RFPs), scope of work, and eligibility criteria to evaluate bid feasibility.

Bid Preparation: Collaborate with technical, finance, and legal teams to prepare precise technical and commercial proposals.

E-Tendering: Manage digital submissions, upload documents on e-procurement portals, and participate in reverse auctions.

Compliance & Tracking: Ensure strict adherence to submission deadlines, maintain databases of submitted tenders, and track Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) refunds.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse tender documents and identify key requirements and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, finance, legal) to gather necessary documentation and inputs.
  • Prepare and compile all documentation required for tender submissions.
  • Ensure that all tenders are submitted on time and in the required format.
  • Maintain accurate records of submitted tenders and follow up on their progress.
  • Monitor tender portals and identify new bidding opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of bid processes and templates.
  • Liaise with clients or contracting authorities to clarify requirements and resolve queries.
  • Track post-submission developments and support in contract negotiation if needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory standards.
