Role Summary
As a Telecaller for ipshipment.com, you will make outbound calls to potential sellers, e-commerce businesses, and merchants to explain our platform, pitch its benefits, and enroll them as active users. This is a target-driven role focused on lead conversion and onboarding volume.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls daily to leads (provided database + self-sourced) explaining ipshipment.com's services and benefits
- Pitch key USPs — competitive courier rates, multi-courier options, COD settlement (standard and Early COD), reliable tracking
- Handle objections and answer queries about pricing, delivery timelines, and platform features
- Guide interested prospects through the enrollment/sign-up process on the platform
- Follow up consistently with warm leads until conversion
- Maintain accurate call logs, enrollment status, and follow-up records in CRM/Excel
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly enrollment targets
- Escalate high-potential leads or bulk-shipment clients to the Operations/Sales team
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth onboarding after enrollment
