Job Description
Direct Selling: Actively promote and sell the company's products/services face-to-face to both new and existing clients.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and networking.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct practical demonstrations to convey the value, usability, and benefits of products.
Territory Management: Plan daily routes and schedules to maximize market coverage within an assigned region.
Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections, negotiate contracts and pricing, and finalize sales deals.
Reporting: Submit regular sales performance and forecasting reports using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
Market Research: Gather on-ground insights on competitor activities and changing customer needs
