Job Description

Welcome and assist visitors, students, and clients professionally.

Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social media inquiries.

Manage admissions, student registrations, counseling, and follow-ups.

Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain customer/student database, records, attendance, and documentation.

Coordinate training schedules, appointments, meetings, and office administration.

Support digital marketing activities by responding to online leads, coordinating campaigns, collecting testimonials, and managing Google Reviews.

Identify business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and support corporate training sales.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inquiries, admissions, sales, and marketing performance.

Ensure excellent customer service, resolve complaints professionally, and maintain a positive front-office environment.
