Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our services by visiting businesses across different industries. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills and be comfortable with extensive field travel.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit industries, factories, offices, and businesses to generate new leads.
• Explain the company's services and their benefits to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Identify customer requirements and provide suitable service solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations.
• Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers.
• Maintain records of daily visits, leads, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding and customer support.
• RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or Direct Sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and visit multiple client locations daily.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.
