Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Industrial & Employee Relations: Handle labor union negotiations, tripartite settlements, and collective bargaining. Conduct domestic enquiries, manage disciplinary procedures, and resolve shop-floor or office grievances. [1, 2]
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to labor laws (e.g., Factories Act, EPF, ESIC, Payment of Wages, Contract Labor Act). Manage and face government labor inspections and audits. [1]
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment for both corporate office and blue-collar/site staff. Oversee induction, orientation, and probation tracking. [1, 2]
- Performance & Compensation: Process monthly payrolls, coordinate benefits, and manage full & final settlements. Conduct performance appraisals and design reward programs. [1, 2]
- Workplace Culture: Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, health and safety.
