Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Incharge / Dispatch Manager from the pharmaceutical industry who has hands-on experience in managing Finished Goods (FG) Store and Dispatch Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Finished Goods Store ManagementManage inward and outward movement of finished goods.
• Maintain accurate stock records of tablets, capsules, syrups, injections, ointments, sachets, etc.
• Ensure proper batch-wise and expiry-wise inventory management.
• Follow FEFO (First Expiry First Out) practices.
• Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
• Dispatch OperationsHandle daily dispatch planning and execution.
• Coordinate with sales, transporters, and courier partners for timely deliveries.
• Ensure accurate packing, labeling, and dispatch documentation.
• Track shipments and resolve dispatch-related issues.
• Maintain dispatch records and reports.
• Inventory & ComplianceMonitor stock levels and coordinate with production and sales teams.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in ERP/software.
• Handle damaged, expired, and return goods records.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical storage and dispatch standards.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Finished Goods Store operations.
• Experience in batch-wise and expiry-wise stock management.
• Knowledge of dispatch documentation, invoices, e-way bills, and transport coordination.
• Good command of MS Excel and ERP software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• QualificationGraduate in any discipline.
• Additional certification in Store, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management will be preferred.
