Job Description

Operate CNC Turning and Milling machines as per production drawings and process requirements.

* Load/unload raw materials and monitor machining operations.

* Perform basic machine setting, tool offset correction, and dimensional checking.

* Read and understand engineering drawings, instruments, and specifications.

* Carry out assembly of precision mechanical components and sub-assemblies.

* Conduct final product testing and inspection as per quality standards.

* Use measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, etc.

* Maintain production records and ensure proper documentation.

* Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the work area.

* Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth workflow.
