Sales & Marketing Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to promote and process loan products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting customers with loan applications, collecting documents, and coordinating with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and Loan Against Property.
• Contact prospective customers through calls, referrals, and field visits.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
• Collect and verify customer documents.
• Follow up with customers throughout the loan approval process.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for smooth processing.
• Maintain customer database and sales records.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of loan products and banking processes.
• Customer handling and sales skills.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, CRM preferred).
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• QualificationMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred.
