Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Accountant to join our steel wholesale and brokerage business.

Important Note: We prefer candidates residing within a 5–10 km radius of our office/store in Katiahat for easy commuting.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Reporting: Provide daily EOD (End of Day) reports on cash/bank balances, sales, and collections.

Accounting: Maintain accurate daily sale/purchase entries and general ledgers.

Taxation: Handle GST filings (GSTR-1, 3B), TDS, and tax reconciliations.

Inventory: Monitor stock levels and calculate landing costs for steel products.

Receivables: Generate reports on outstanding payments and follow up with parties.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com).

Experience: 2–5 years in accounting (Trading background preferred).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Residence: Must live within 5-10 km of the Katiahat area.

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience.
