Job Description:
RIIMS Hospitals ke liye ek professional and polite Receptionist / Front Desk Executive ki requirement hai. Candidate ka main kaam patients aur visitors ko properly handle karna, phone calls attend karna, appointments manage karna aur hospital reception ka daily coordination sambhalna hoga.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Patients aur visitors ko politely greet karna
- Incoming calls attend karna aur correct department/person ko connect karna
- Patient appointments book aur manage karna
- Walk-in patients ki basic enquiry handle karna
- Doctor consultation schedule maintain karna
- Patient records / basic entry system me update karna
- WhatsApp aur phone enquiries ka proper follow-up karna
- Billing/support team ke saath coordination karna
- Reception area ko clean, organized aur professional maintain karna
- Daily enquiry aur appointment report senior team ko share karna
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Hindi clearly bolni aani chahiye
- Basic English understanding preferred
- Computer basic knowledge required
- MS Excel / Google Sheets ka basic knowledge plus point hoga
- Phone calling aur patient handling experience preferred
- Polite, disciplined and presentable personality
- Healthcare / clinic / hospital experience preferred but not compulsory
Eligibility:
- Female candidates preferred
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Fresher and experienced both can apply
- Age: 18 to 35 years
Salary:
₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per month, based on experience and interview.
Working Hours:
Day shift. Final timing interview ke time discuss hoga.
