🎯 Key Responsibilities
Contact potential customers through phone calls.
Explain solar products and services to customers.
Generate leads and maintain customer databases.
Follow up with interested customers and schedule meetings.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solar solutions.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic queries.
Maintain daily call reports and lead status updates in CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
✅ Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email).
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Quick learning ability and team-working skills.
🎓 Eligibility
12th Pass / Graduate / Undergraduate
Fresher & Experienced candidates are welcome.
Experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales will be an added advantage.
