Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- E-commerce Catalogue ManagementCreate and upload new product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and the company website.
- Maintain accurate product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and categories.
- Upload and optimize product images.
- Update inventory, pricing, and stock availability.
- Monitor listing quality and resolve catalogue-related issues.
- Ensure products are correctly categorized with relevant keywords.
- Coordinate with internal teams for new product launches.
- Maintain product data in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Marketplace OperationsMonitor product performance and listing health.
- Coordinate order processing and dispatch status.
- Handle product returns and customer queries related to listings.
- Track marketplace promotions and campaign participation.
- Generate basic sales and inventory reports.
- Digital MarketingCreate social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Upload promotional banners and product offers.
- Assist in running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Perform basic SEO for product titles and descriptions.
- Monitor Google Business Profile and respond to customer reviews.
- Coordinate email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Assist in creating promotional content for festivals and special offers.
- Track campaign performance using basic analytics.
- Basic Graphic DesignCreate simple promotional creatives using Canva or similar design tools.
- Resize and optimize product images for different marketplaces.
- Design banners, posters, and social media creatives.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, or similar marketplaces.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of SEO and product keyword optimization.
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile.
- Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or similar design software.
- Good written English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
