Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Department Supervisor to oversee our garments section and ensure smooth daily operations. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to manage, monitor, and support our floor staff, ensuring every team member performs their duties efficiently and maintains high standards of customer service. Act as a vital bridge between upper management and store employees, you will communicate company policies downward while ensuring frontline feedback moves upward. You will be expected to maintain a positive work environment by actively resolving day-to-day employee grievances and conflicts. Additionally, you will serve as a guardian of company standards, monitoring floor activities to identify and report any unwanted or unauthorized behavior directly to upper management. The ideal candidate is an observant leader with excellent communication skills, conflict-resolution abilities, and a strong background in retail or team management.
