Position Available:

1. Engineer

Job Summary: An engineer designs, develops, tests, and supervises complex systems, products, or structures using mathematical and scientific principles. They identify problems, create technical plans, ensure safety compliance, and manage budgets to optimize efficiency. Key responsibilities include creating blueprints, testing prototypes, and improving processes.

Core Responsibilities & Duties

·        Design & Development: Creating blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for new systems, products, or structures.

·        Research & Analysis: Conducting research to determine project feasibility, analyzing data, and testing prototypes.

·        Problem Solving: Identifying malfunctioning systems or bottlenecks and developing, implementing, and upgrading solutions.

·        Documentation & Compliance: Preparing technical reports, manuals, and documentation, ensuring all designs comply with industry safety regulations.

·        Project Management: Estimating costs, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time.

·        Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams, clients, and contractors to communicate technical information.

Key Requirements & Skills

·        Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.

·        Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of math, science, and industry-specific software (e.g., CAD).

·        Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

·        Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

·        Experience: Previous experience in a relevant engineering field is often required, along with potential licensure (e.g., Professional Engineer - PE)

2.Wireman

Job Summary: A Wireman installs, maintains, and repairs electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems in residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. They read blueprints, ensure compliance with safety codes (like NEC), and use tools to connect power sources to electrical systems, ensuring safe, efficient functionality.

Key Responsibilities

·        Installation: Installing conduit, electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, and transformers based on blueprints.

·        Maintenance & Repair: Conducting routine inspections to identify electrical faults and repairing or replacing faulty wiring and components

• System Testing: Utilizing testing devices such as voltmeters, ammeters, and ohmmeters to ensure system functionality and safety.

·        Safety Compliance: Ensuring all work adheres to local, state, and national electrical codes.

·        Control Systems: Assembling and wiring electrical control panels for machinery or building systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills

·        Education: High school diploma or GED, plus completion of an electrician apprenticeship or technical vocational training.

·        License: Valid wireman license or electrical certification.

·        Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints/schematics, understanding electrical systems, and operating power tools.

·        Physical Ability: Strong manual dexterity, ability to work at heights, and lifting capability.

·        Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose electrical issues.

Work Environment

Wiremen work in diverse settings, including construction sites, existing residential homes, and industrial plants. The job can be physically demanding and requires strict adherence to safety protocols to prevent shock or injury

Requirements:

• 12th/ Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or related field

• Knowledge of electrical tools and systems

• Problem-solving and technical skills

• Ability to work on-site and handle field work
