📍 Location: Rohad Industrial Area, Bahadurgarh, Haryana
🏗️ Industry: Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) / Structural Steel Manufacturing
As we continue to expand our manufacturing operations, we are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Fabrication / Production Engineer to join our growing team.
🔹 Position: Fabrication / Production Engineer
🔹 Experience Required: 5–10 Years
🔹 Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Civil Engineering or related field
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Production planning and execution as per project schedules
✅ Monitoring fabrication activities including cutting, fit-up, welding, drilling, assembly & finishing
✅ Managing shop floor manpower and productivity
✅ Ensuring quality standards and fabrication tolerances are maintained
✅ Coordination with PPC, QA/QC, Dispatch and Project teams
✅ Reading and understanding fabrication drawings, BOQs and production reports
✅ Monitoring material utilization and reducing wastage
✅ Ensuring adherence to safety standards and plant discipline
✅ Daily production reporting and progress tracking
🔹 Desired Skills:
• Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication
• Experience in PEB manufacturing industry preferred
• Ability to handle production teams independently
• Good understanding of welding, fabrication and quality processes
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
