Field Sales Executive

Digital Technology Private Limited is hiring for ProperPaisa.com, its loan facilitation business. ProperPaisa is an RBI-authorized DSA partnered with 25+ banks and NBFCs, helping customers with Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan and Loan Against Property.

About the Role

You will visit customers at pre-assigned locations and explain our financial products and current offers. All leads and locations are provided by the company.

Please note: this is not open market selling. You will work only on shared locations and company-provided leads. No door-to-door cold selling is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers only at locations assigned by the company
• Explain financial products and ongoing offers to customers in simple language
• Create awareness about our services in the assigned area
• Collect basic customer details and required documents
• Coordinate with the back-office team for loan processing and follow-ups
• Submit daily field reports and follow the company reporting structure

Who Can Apply

• Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred
• Good communication skills — Hindi required, basic English preferred
• Willing to work in the field and travel within the assigned area
• Own smartphone is mandatory
• Freshers can apply; experience in sales, finance or loan products is an added advantage

Salary and Benefits

• Fixed salary ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on interview and experience)
• Performance incentive over and above the fixed salary
• Travel allowance as per company policy
• Complete product training will be provided
• Growth to Senior Field Executive / Team Leader based on performance
