Purchase Executive

Responsibilities : Collaborate with customers, sales representatives, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Provide support in generating leads and qualifying prospects for sales representatives.

Prepare service reports, presentations, and proposals using CRM software.

Support and monitor the service team and alien service engineer for the customer site as per requirement. 

Oversee the sales order process, including receiving purchase orders, creating sales orders, and ensuring timely fulfillment.

Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely service 

Manage customer inquiries and complaints, providing solutions and responses in a timely and professional manner.

Perform administrative duties such as maintaining files, submitting expense reports, coordinating travel, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Participate in sales and team meetings, providing reports and insights as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, or a related field and/or relevant experience.

Moderate communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

A solid understanding of the sales cycle, order fulfillment process, and logistics operations.

Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing excellent service and support.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
