Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Robotics Trainer to teach robotics, coding, and STEM concepts to students. The ideal candidate will design engaging lessons, conduct hands-on training sessions, and inspire learners to develop problem-solving, programming, and engineering skills.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver robotics and coding training sessions for students of different age groups.
Teach robotics concepts using educational kits and programming platforms.
Guide students in building, programming, and testing robotic models.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and project-based learning activities.
Organize workshops, competitions, exhibitions, and STEM events.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain robotics equipment, tools, and laboratory resources.
Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment.
Stay updated with the latest developments in robotics, AI, IoT, and STEM education.
Collaborate with schools, parents, and team members to enhance learning outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Robotics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring students is preferred.
Knowledge of robotics platforms such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LEGO Robotics, or similar systems.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Scratch, Python, or C/C++.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
