About the Company
Digiintern Technology Private Limited is hiring for ProperPaisa.com, its loan facilitation business. ProperPaisa is an RBI-authorized DSA partnered with 25+ banks and NBFCs, helping customers with Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan and Loan Against Property.
About the Role
We are looking for Telecallers for outbound sales calling. You will call customers from a company-provided database, explain our loan products in simple language, and pass interested customers to the sales team. This is a target-based calling role.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company (no self-sourcing required)
- Explain loan products, eligibility and required documents in simple language
- Understand the customer's requirement and record it correctly in the CRM
- Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain daily call records and achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Maintain a polite and professional tone on every call
Who Can Apply
- Freshers are welcome — complete training will be provided
- Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred
- Fluent Hindi and basic English
- Comfortable using a computer, mobile and basic Excel
- Confident on calls, good listener, comfortable working with targets

- Location: Bahadurgarh, Haryana (work from office)
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Job Type: Full Time
- Openings: 5 working days + 1 Activity Day
