Job Description

Roles :

• VMC Machine Operation

• CNC Machining

• Production Handling

• Tool Setting

• Fixture Setting

• Precision Machining

• Quality Inspection

• Engineering Drawing Reading

• Process Monitoring

• Component Manufacturing

• Machine Maintenance Support

• Production Target Achievement

Responsibilities :

• Operate VMC/CNC machines efficiently and safely

• Read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets

• Set tools, fixtures, and machine parameters as per job requirement

• Perform component inspection using measuring instruments

• Maintain dimensional accuracy and product quality

• Load and unload raw materials/components

• Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities

• Ensure production targets are achieved within timeline

• Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S standards

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of VMC/CNC machine operations

• Understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings

• Ability to use Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Qualification

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
