Job Description


Location: Bahadurgarh, Haryana

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and maintain smooth dispatch and logistics processes.


**Key Responsibilities:**


* Manage end-to-end warehouse operations (inward, storage, picking, packing, dispatch)

* Maintain accurate inventory records and stock audits

* Optimize space utilization and warehouse layout

* Supervise and train warehouse staff

* Ensure timely order processing and dispatch

* Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams

* Implement safety standards and operational best practices

* Monitor KPIs and improve efficiency


**Requirements:**


* 2–5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics management

* Strong knowledge of inventory systems and Excel (ERP knowledge is a plus)

* Good leadership and team management skills

* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


**Preferred:**


* Experience in e-commerce or retail warehouse operations

* Familiarity with tools like Tally, Zoho, or any WMS
