Position: Business Development Executive (Field Sales)

Location: Kalyanpur Lucknow

Salary

* ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Eligibility

* Education: Diploma or Graduate

* Age: 18–38 years

Job Responsibilities

* Acquire and onboard PhonePe speakers.

* Visit assigned market areas and generate new business opportunities.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.

* Explain PhonePe products and services to potential customers.

* Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.

* Ensure proper documentation and timely activation of merchant accounts.

* 10 TP is mandatory for achieving per day targets.

* Provide after-sales support and resolve merchant queries when required.

* Submit daily activity and sales reports to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confidence in meeting customers and handling field visits.

* Basic smartphone and digital payment knowledge.

* Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
