Factory Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Factory Operations Supervisor to oversee the complete day-to-day operations of our lead recycling and refining plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all plant operations, including:
• Battery breaking operations
• Rotary furnace operations
• Bhatti/Furnace operations
• Lead refining kettle operations
• Alloy manufacturing operations
• Material handling and production activities
• Ensure smooth production flow and achieve daily production targets.
• Monitor furnace temperatures, refining processes, and product quality.
• Manage operators, helpers, technicians, and shift staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety, pollution control, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain production records, stock records, and shift reports.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Monitor raw material consumption and finished goods output.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline throughout the factory.
• Report directly to management regarding production, manpower, maintenance, and operational issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in lead recycling, lead refining, metal smelting, foundry, or battery recycling operations.
• Strong knowledge of rotary furnaces, refining kettles, and lead manufacturing processes.
• Ability to manage manpower and factory operations independently.
• Good understanding of safety procedures and pollution control requirements.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in CPCB/SPCB-compliant lead recycling plants.
• Knowledge of lead refining, alloying, red lead, grey oxide, or battery manufacturing processes.
