Supervisor/Incharge

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly mobile Site Supervisor to oversee our Crane and Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM) operations. In this role, you will be the critical link between our on-site execution teams and corporate management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, willing to travel frequently to various project cities, and capable of ensuring our fleet is properly maintained, smoothly relocated, and efficiently operated.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between various company stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal departments.
• Site & Management Liaison: Serve as the primary bridge between the Site In-Charge and upper management, providing regular operational updates, reporting site challenges, and implementing management directives.
• Operator Management: Supervise and coordinate daily activities for crane and HEMM operators. Act as their voice to management regarding equipment needs or on-site issues, while ensuring they meet operational targets.
• Fleet Maintenance & Relocation:
• Travel frequently to different city project sites to oversee the condition and performance of the HEMM fleet.
• Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
• Plan, manage, and execute the safe and efficient relocation of cranes and HEMMs between different project sites as operational needs dictate.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Understanding of HEMM and crane maintenance, mobilization, and logistics.
• Interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage operators and corporate management.
• High willingness to travel frequently across different cities and project sites.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick decisions in dynamic site environments.
