Job Title: Technical Recruiter – Heavy Industrial & Construction (On-Site)Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, results-driven On-Site HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and mobilization for our large-scale industrial projects. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, hiring, and deploying skilled and semi-skilled manpower for refineries, power plants, heavy fabrication, and machinery installation projects.

Because our projects require specialized talent, a massive part of your day-to-day will involve out-of-station mobilization—finding qualified candidates from various regions and successfully deploying them to our project sites.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and select candidates for technical and trade roles (e.g., Fabricators, Riggers, Fitters, Welders, Millwright Mechanics, Instrumentation Technicians, and Site Engineers).
• Mass Mobilization: Strategize and execute out-of-location hiring drives to bring in workforce clusters from different states/regions to the project site.
• On-Site Coordination: Work directly at the project site to understand immediate manpower shortages and coordinate closely with Project Managers and Construction Heads.
• Logistics & Onboarding: Manage the logistics of relocated workers, including travel arrangements, site gate-pass medical tests, documentation, and coordination with camp/accommodation management.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all hired personnel meet statutory and safety compliance requirements specific to refinery and power plant environments.
• Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 2 to 5 years of core recruitment experience in Oil & Gas, Refineries, Power Plants, EPC, or Heavy Infrastructure sectors.
• Sourcing Expertise: Proven track record of sourcing blue-collar and white-collar technical workforce through local networks, contractors, job portals, and field recruitment.
• Mobilization Capability: Strong experience in managing the logistics, transport, and onboarding of out-of-location candidates.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with heavy machinery installation, fabrication standards, and stringent site safety norms.
• Languages: Multilingual skills (e.g., Hindi, regional languages) are highly preferred to communicate effectively with candidates from different states.
