Job Description:
This job is responsible for providing confidential administrative services to senior executive members, including handling personal business matters to optimize the policy committee member's time in managing corporate business. Key responsibilities include developing procedures to meet requirements, screening visitors, receiving phone calls, mail and faxes, and managing several different objectives, projects, or activities at once. Job expectations include assisting with the organization of meetings and maintaining knowledge of a variety of software programs.
Responsibilities:
- Answers phone lines, documents accurate messages, and handles calls with appropriate judgment
- Supports calendar management for multiple stakeholders and effectively resolves conflicts that arise in a professional manner
- Manages all travel planning and expenses, while coordinating schedules to maximize time and create efficiencies
- Engages in high-level client contact and supports conversations related to sensitive information, utilizing considerable diplomacy and judgment
- Communicates with executives and line management to gather and convey relevant information
- Partners with outside groups to coordinate events
Managerial Responsibilities:
