Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Cut List Manager to manage production drawings, optimize cutting plans, and coordinate with the factory team for efficient manufacturing.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate cut lists from approved production drawings.
• Verify dimensions, materials, edge banding, grain direction, and hardware requirements before releasing jobs for production.
• Generate optimized cutting layouts to minimize material wastage.
• Coordinate with the panel saw, edge banding, CNC, drilling, and assembly teams.
• Review production drawings and identify discrepancies before manufacturing.
• Ensure all components are correctly labelled and documented.
• Plan daily production schedules based on project priorities and delivery commitments.
• Monitor material utilization and report wastage.
• Coordinate with the design and project teams regarding drawing revisions and production changes.
• Maintain production records, cut list files, and job status reports.
• Ensure all jobs are released to production with complete documentation.
• Support quality control by ensuring components are manufactured according to approved specifications.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of modular furniture manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret production drawings.
• Knowledge of plywood, MDF, HDHMR, laminates, edge banding, and modular hardware.
• Understanding of panel optimization and material planning.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, PDF software).

Preferred Software SkillsCandidates with experience in one or more of the following will be preferred:

• SketchUp
• AutoCAD
• Excel
• Cut List Optimizer
• MaxCut
• Cabinet Vision
• IMOS
• AlphaCAM
• Other modular furniture production software
• Preferred QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Furniture Design, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in modular furniture manufacturing or production planning.
• Experience working in a modular furniture factory is highly preferred.
