Job Description
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Be helpful, friendly, and solution-oriented when interacting with customers.
- Handling Complaints and Inquiries: Listen actively to customers, resolve their concerns efficiently, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Processing Payments: Handle transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a positive checkout experience.
- Assisting with Product Assembly & Exchanges: Help customers with assembly concerns and exchange components when needed.
- Optimizing the Shopping Experience: Ensure your workspace is well-equipped, organized, and efficient at all times.
- Supporting Store Goals: Understand and contribute to the store's commercial action plan to maximize sales and profitability.
- Ensuring Store Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and colleagues.
